Good Morning Dearest,

Time seems to get away quickly!!!  Don't know where yesterday went, but here it is Monday again.  I have the sheets in the washer and hope for some time to clean as the rest of the week is given away and I need to get the camper ready for our trip next week.  We talked about leaving on Monday, but might have to wait till Tuesday as I will be cramming for the next bible study lesson and hope to get done.  I will miss teaching, but life seems to be so busy it is difficult to do the study necessary to be a good teacher.

We have a week at home, but have this week packed with helping others, so might have to wait a day to head out of here.....It will work out fine.  Just need to be in Yakima the 20th and Tacoma the 22nd.

Mother will not be moving here after all.  I know the move would be hard on her, but disappointed Rae feels she has to put mother before her own health.  I guess we knew Rae would not pass the baton.  She talked to mother yesterday and they agreed on her staying, so subject closed!!!!

Yes, you have an attentive ear, so it is easy to share my thought, feelings, and doings.  I enjoy hearing back from you on the same.  We truly have a connection....one I don't even have with the other girls.

We are hearing on the news this morning about the Pope stepping down.  How is this affecting your emotions there in Spain?  Here it is like a time of mourning for the Catholic families.  It would be like Jesus telling our church He has quit.

I will have to see if we can get your cook as it will be fun to see areas in Spain as well as check out some of the wonderful food.  Funny, it took my mind back to our lunch at Toledo....out on the street.  I don't remember what I ate, but Savannah had that huge serving of fresh tuna and ate every bite.  I know mine was good, but I can't even bring it back to my memory...not even the taste buds kick in....sigh!!!

I cut a gazpacho soup recipe out of a book and want to give it a try.  I know you serve it cold, but I think this one said to serve it either hot or cold.

Savannah sold about $200 worth of her jewelry and bras.  I will have to take a photo of what I bought, so you have an idea of what she is making now days.  She is doing beautiful jewelry.  The bras are cute, but nothing I would buy....young girls maybe....

Well my darling, I best get some breakfast on the table.  Nothing as fancy as crepes this morning.

Love you always,  mom c

Hugs and kisses for all.
